Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn or unused, with all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at wecareforyourcar1@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
