Product Colors – We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

User Age – The User must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Limitation of Liability – Car Care Solutions is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or data, missed deliveries, service interruptions, or errors caused by vendors. This includes damages arising from negligence, defects, errors, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, unauthorized access, or any other cause.

Order Responsibility – We take full responsibility for orders shipped via major private courier companies (e.g., Blue Dart, First Flight, Pafex, DHL) to major cities.

Pricing and Availability – Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at our discretion.

Order Cancellation – Requests to cancel orders once placed will not be entertained.

Incorrect Pricing or Order Rejection – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or any other reason. Payment will be refunded, and the User will be notified.

Non-Delivery Due to User Error – If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User, any extra delivery costs incurred will be charged to the User.

Accuracy of Information – The User must provide accurate and authentic information. We reserve the right to verify details and reject or block users if information is found to be false or misleading.

Credit Card Usage – Car Care Solutions is not liable for credit card fraud. Users must use their own cards, and the responsibility for unauthorized use lies solely with the User.

Complaint Period – Complaints will not be entertained after 15 days from the delivery of the order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction – This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mirazapur, Sahadatganj, Ayodhya – 224001.
